• The Lilac CottageA round door under a lilac bush, a copper kettle, and a garden of pearly bellflowers. Knock softly: Glinda is probably out rescuing a ladybug.
• The Old WillowThe oldest tree beside the brook, and the one who first told Glinda about baby teeth. Her tooth-fairy adventure began right here, under the trailing branches.
• The Sunset LookoutA little hilltop pavilion facing west, splattered with apricot and rose. This is where the Sunset Fairy sets out her paint pots each evening.
• The Woodland GroveTall, hushed, and humming. If you stand very still you might hear a tree growing, or spot the Tree Fairy kneeling by a root.
• The Moonlight LadderOn clear nights a ladder of moonlight unrolls into the sky. At the top, the Star-Catching Fairy waits for a wish with an interesting tail.
• The Birthday KitchenWarm windows, frosting on the counter, and a faint smell of cocoa. The Birthday Fairy practices catching wishes here between parties.
